Want the secret to raising your rates? Expose yourself!

(Okay, so NOT literally as this picture would indicate … hang with me.) If you’re like most of the wedding professionals we start working with, you’re probably getting a few good bookings here and there, sandwiched by a bunch of low-paying, high-maintenance ones that drain your energy and make you resent your business.

Well, can we just agree on something first? You deserve to get paid what you’re worth!

We are not big fans of working really hard for peanuts. We want you to work less and less…for a lot MORE.

But you can’t do that when you continue to position yourself the same way all your competitors are positioning themselves. Brides won’t know how you’re different and, therefore, they won’t want to pay top dollar to work with you.

If you want to charge lucrative fees, you have to find a way to expose your true self to your brides…so that they can clearly see why working with you would be so incredible.

And that’s why blogging is non-negotiable.

Your blog is a tool that allows you to position yourself differently from other providers. You can expose your personality, your talents, your style, your perspective…you can REALLY show couples the benefit of having you on their side. There is simply no other marketing tool that allows you to do this more effectively to a wide open public audience who are not already on your list.
